Kedar Tal trek

7 Days

Overview

“Kedartal: Conquer the Climb, Witness the Magic.”

Kedartal (also known as Shiva’s Lake) is a breathtaking, high-altitude glacial lake situated at an elevation of 4,750 meters (15,580 feet) in the Garhwal region of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand, India. Tucked deep inside the Gangotri National Park, the emerald-blue lake is fed by the melting snows of prominent peaks like Mt. Thalay Sagar, Mt. Bhrigupanth, and Mt. Meru. It serves as the source of the Kedar Ganga river, which is regarded in Hindu mythology as Lord Shiva’s contribution to the sacred Bhagirathi River
